Cancellations & refunds

We do not operate a discretionary returns programme. This does not affect statutory rights or any cancellation rights that apply by law.

Before dispatch

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, contact support promptly. If cancellation is possible and payment has already been taken, any refund due will normally be returned to the original payment method.

After delivery

Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel an online purchase, we will honour that right. Where the law provides an exception for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the cancellation right may be lost once the seal is broken if that exception applies.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described

Contact support with your order number and details of the problem. Your statutory rights are not affected.
