This notice explains how Aureon Research handles information when you browse the shop, place an order, request stock notifications or contact support.

Information we use

We may process your name, delivery address, email, phone number, order details, payment status, checkout declarations including the purchaser age confirmation, Telegram user identifier where you use the Telegram Mini App, support messages, tracking information and basic shop usage events.

Why we use it

We use this information to process and fulfil orders, confirm payments, provide customer support, send order and stock notifications, prevent misuse, keep business records and improve the shop.

Product notifications and optional updates

If you request an email for a specific unavailable product, we use your email address to send one notification when that product is available. If you separately choose to receive new product, upcoming stock and offer emails, we record your permission and send those optional updates through Resend. Optional product updates are not required for an order and every promotional message includes a simple unsubscribe link.

Payments and service providers

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on the provider's hosted checkout rather than stored by this shop. Telegram is used for Mini App identity and notifications. For orders placed outside Telegram, transactional order emails may be sent using Resend. Railway hosts the application and database. Service providers may process technical connection information in their own security and operational logs.

Analytics

The shop's own analytics database does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses. It records events such as shop opens, product views, cart activity, checkout starts and words entered into the shop search together with the number of matching products. A random anonymous identifier stored in the visitor's browser may be used to estimate unique browser visitors. Where the shop is opened through Telegram, a Telegram user identifier may be used to count unique Telegram visitors. Traffic source labels may also be recorded when a visitor arrives through a tagged link such as Google, Instagram, Snapchat or a QR code.

Retention and your rights

Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfilment, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention and disputes. Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
