These terms apply to orders placed with Aureon Research.

Orders and payment

An order is not treated as paid until the payment processor confirms successful payment. We may cancel or refund an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the transaction appears fraudulent, or fulfilment would be unlawful.

Product information

Product descriptions, quantities, pricing and availability are shown in the shop.

Research materials

Products marked Laboratory research use only are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical or scientific research. They are not medicines, supplements, foods or veterinary products and are not intended for human or animal administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease.

By purchasing a marked research material, the buyer confirms that it will not be administered to or consumed by a human or animal and agrees to use, store and handle it only for legitimate research purposes. This restriction forms part of the sale.

Delivery

Delivery information is set out in our Shipping policy. Tracking information is sent when available.

Cancellations and refunds

Our policy is set out in Cancellations & refunds. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
